The Personnel Handbook was developed under the framework of the Public Sector Employment and Management Act 2002.
Following the commencement of the Government Sector Employment Act 2013 in February 2014, most sections of the Handbook have been superseded and are effectively archived.

An annotated Personnel Handbook has been developed to identify which sections of the Handbook have been superseded. Red text indicates superseded content, and black text indicates content that is current until replaced.
