The candidates in our talent pools have a range of capabilities, skills and experience that make them suitable for various roles at that grade level within NSW Government. There are candidates in our talent pools from locations across NSW.
The candidates in our talent pools have already been assessed. Once you’ve selected your preferred candidate and completed your agency’s reference and pre-employment checks, you can progress with hiring from the pool with no further assessments required.
