The Personnel Handbook was developed under the framework of the Public Sector Employment and Management Act 2002. During the transition period it will be retained on the website as it will remain a reference point for matters which remain relevant under the transitional provisions of the GSE Act and the GSE Regulation.
However it is intended that it will be fully replaced by the Employment Portal as the reference point for employees and managers on employment related matters.
