ICT is a key driver of productivity and innovation and therefore it is essential that we continue to grow the capability of our ICT workforce.
The ICT and Digital Leadership Group have selected a world recognised framework, the Skills Framework for the Information Age (SFIA) as the occupation specific capability set for ICT professionals in the sector. The NSW Public Sector Capability Framework and the SFIA are used together to define capabilities required of our ICT workforce and provide a common set of expectations of ICT professionals across the sector.
