Diversity reports are produced by the Public Service Commission using the data submitted by agencies in the workforce profile collection. These reports include calculated estimates of diversity group representation that are used in the Annual Reports of departments and agencies.
In order to receive the diversity report, users must first be listed with the Workforce Information team as a nominated Diversity Report recipient.
The diversity reports are available for download after the PSC’s workforce profile quality assurance process is complete and any identified data issues have been corrected by agencies through data re-submissions.
Once complete, an email is sent to the nominated diversity report recipients confirming the report is available and providing the link to login and download the report.
