Our progress and performance

The Government has made “driving public sector diversity” one of the Premier’s Priorities.

In particular the Government has committed to:

  • Double the number of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander People in leadership roles in the NSW public sector in the next by 2025
  • Increase the proportion of women in senior leadership roles in the NSW public sector to 50% by 2025.
