Contact points for any employee with technical or general enquiries
The Identity Hub is managed by the Department of Finance, Services & Innovation (DFSI). Technical support (for example not able to log in) is provided by the Identity Hub Service Desk, which is administered by Deloitte.

Your password for the Identity Hub can also be reset as part of the self-service functionality or by contacting the GEN &the Identity Hub Service Desk.
The Service Desk is available Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 5.30pm
