About the Roles
Right now there are great things happening in NSW. Transitioning our State into a new era requires talented and passionate people, including participants of the NSW Government Graduate Program who are becoming the leaders of tomorrow. We are looking for graduates from a broad range of disciplines and backgrounds to join our Program, which in 2017 was recognised as the ‘star mover’ in the Australian Financial Review’s Top 100 Graduate Employer’s List.
Your 18-month program will begin in your ‘home’ agency and you will be offered ongoing employment in that agency at the end of the program, provided you complete all requirements satisfactorily. The Diploma of Government is a tailored learning and development course to assist you to transition from university to work in the NSW government. It will largely involve work-based projects and training in areas such as public policy, workplace communications and the workings of government.
The program offers around 130 roles in the Policy/Project stream and around 30 roles in the ICT and Digital stream.
