The Spark HR mentoring program pairs mentors and mentees from across the sector to support HR capability development.

Participants are matched based on their experience, department and desired focus area, choosing from 3 capability themes: smarter ways of working, people analytics and the changing role of HR. Pairs meet at least once a month for 6 months.

A highly successful pilot of the program was launched in 2021. The pilot paired 120 human resources leaders and practitioners and received overwhelmingly positive feedback.

Applications for the 2022-23 program are now closed.
