Tanya Hammond is the founder and CEO of managing consulting practice Tailored HR Solutions. Tanya has over thirty years' experience as a human resources professional, consultant, researcher, lecturer and facilitator. Her strengths lie in strategic human resource management, workforce analytics and planning, and organisational cultural change.
Recognised by the Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI), Tanya is a Certified Fellow HR Practitioner and Executive Director of the AHRI Board. Tanya is also an Adjunct Associate Lecturer at the University of NSW, Canberra, and has lectured at the Australian National University.
