Jaye is a director with PwC Australia’s People & Organisation practice and has over 15 years of experience in workforce and HR transformation, leading workforce and HR projects for organisations Australia, United States and United Kingdom, for both the public and private sector. Jaye has engaged with clients on workforce transformation through strategic workforce planning and capability transformation, workforce analytics, and enablement through HR transformation (strategy design, people capability, processes and frameworks and technology, including supporting the implementation of cloud solutions).
Prior to joining PwC, Jaye led the SuccessFactors North America Workforce Analytics Planning consulting team, held roles in HR, in the Banking, Insurance and Federal Government sectors, her roles have included, HR Generalist, Recruitment, People Analytics and Strategic Workforce Planning.
