Are you looking for the Executive Search Prequalification Scheme?
The PSC has conducted a review of the Executive Search Prequalification Scheme to update requirements and pre-qualify providers of executive search and recruitment support services in line with the provisions of the Government Sector Employment Act 2013 and related reforms.
All suppliers on the Prequalification Scheme can offer executive search and recruitment support services that are aligned with the NSW Public Sector Capability Framework and the merit based employment requirements set out in the Government Sector Employment Rules 2014.
The Executive Search Prequalification Scheme has been restructured into two Tiers:
Tier One is for providers of executive search services for Department Secretaries and the most senior roles within Senior Executive Band 3 (for example Deputy Secretaries for large portfolios and heads of other Public Service agencies).
Tier Two is for providers of executive search services for Senior Executive Bands 1, 2 and 3 roles.
