Executive Development Strategy
The Executive Development Strategy (EDS) will holistically develop executive leadership capability across the sector for senior executives and is part of the Public Service Commission (PSC) reform agenda aimed at transforming and equipping the NSW public sector workforce to better deliver against NSW Government priorities.
The Executive Development Program and Executive Connections initiatives were developed in response to research conducted in 2010 which identified gaps in development options for senior executives at both sector-wide and agency levels. They were designed to support NSW Government's priorities to build both capability and capacity in senior executive positions.
