The Public Service Commission publishes guidelines (below) relating to above level allowances for executive and non-executive employees and remuneration management for Public Service senior executives. 

Visit Public Sector Industrial Relations in the NSW Treasury for information on industrial awards relating to conditions and rates of pay for non-executive employees, and annual circulars relating to the notional salary and meal, travelling and other allowances.

Visit NSW Remuneration Tribunals for information on remuneration for executives and public and statutory office holders subject to determinations by the Statutory and Other Offices Remuneration Tribunal (SOORT).
