PSC contract award notices

Where to find information on PSC contracts with private sector entities/organisations.

A 'contract award notice' is a notification of the existence of a contract between a NSW Government agency and a private sector entity/organisation.

The NSW Government requires that NSW Government agencies, including the PSC, publicly disclose details about any contract with private sector organisations where the contract has or is likely to have a value of $150,000 (GST incl.) or more. This is a requirement of the Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009.

Our contract award notices can be found on the NSW e-Tendering site and include relevant details about those contractual arrangements as required by the Act.
